This is a great opportunity to take some time out for yourself, as you will find that you are not alone. Topics at these meetings vary, giving everyone an opportunity to learn new things.

We also take this time to discover new ways of coping with concerns you may have. It takes tremendous strength to be a caregiver, which is why it is so important to take time out for you.  All of our meetings are confidential and set in a non-judgmental and welcoming environment. We welcome you and hope to see you there! If you have any questions about this meeting or the caregiver program feel free to call Melissa at 1-507-433-3462.

You may not be old now, but if you’re lucky, one day you will be. We look forward to seeing you at our many programs at the Mower County Senior Center. There is always a lot to do here. Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Monday, we will be serving meatballs in the coffee shop. We are also having hotdish two times a week. On Tuesday, Nov. 19, we are having turkey pot pie and Thursday, Nov. 21 we will be having scalloped potatoes and ham for only $2.
