Andres Barrera Jr., 44, of Austin was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct – victim under 13 – actor more than 36 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $10,500 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 103 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of 25 years of probation for felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct – victim under 13 – actor more than 36 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $10,585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 70 months in prison.

Dylan Daniel Hohenstein, 21, of Owatonna was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received credit for three days served.

Anthony Michael Robert Johnson, 25, of LeRoy was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony violate no contact order – within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must pay $135 in fines.

Christian Zamarripa, 24, of Brownsdale was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

Khin Lay, 49, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.\

Miesha Courtney Neely, 34, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. She received credit for 134 days served.

Jared Thomas Freese, 38, of Austin was sentenced to 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for four days served. He received a concurrent sentence of 365 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle – body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs – not marijuana.

Trouper Montgomery Gilbertson, 30, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for felony theft – take/drive motor vehicle without owner consent. He must pay $4,585 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
