Ezequiel Cruz Cruz, 24, of Arcadia, Wisconsin, was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Christina Aline Brooks-Greenback, 25, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation for felony third-degree drugs-sale of narcotic. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 33 months in prison. She received credit for 25 days served.

Ernesto Albarran, 49, of Austin was sentenced to 86 months in prison for felony first-degree assault-great bodily harm. He must pay $1,568.77 in fines.

Luke Steven Berhow, 34, of Oakland was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Daniel Brian Engelman, 42, of Austin was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for felony terroristic threats. He must pay $85 in fines. He was also sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 77 days served.

Garrett Dean Lukes, 27, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree burglary. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of 210 days in jail, to be served as a staggered sentence over seven years unless jail time is deferred by a motion, for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must spend 210 days on electronic home monitoring, to be staggered over seven years, serve seven years of probation, perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $160 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 54 months in prison.

Tony Viramonh, 31, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. He received credit for 40 days served.

Darrell Eugene Luce, 60, of Rochester was sentenced to 62 months in prison for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must pay $85 in fines.

Daniel Thomas Wear, 58, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 100 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received credit for two days served.
