Terry Lee Morgan, 65, of Rose Creek was sentenced to 20 years of probation for felony third-degree drugs-possess 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 27 months in prison. He received credit for five days served. He received a concurrent sentence of 15 years of probation for felony fourth-degree drugs-sale of marijuana in a park zone. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison. He received credit for five days served. He received another concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for six days served. He received another concurrent sentence of three years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. He must perform 192 hours of community service and pay $620 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Jacob Noah Jacobsen, 22, of Walker was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must spend 27 days on electronic home monitoring (in lieu of jail time) and follow several conditions. He received credit for three days served. He received a concurrent sentence of three years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.

Sophia Marie Forsman, 26, of Dodge Center was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. She must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for six days served.

Amanda Jo Hanson, 37, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud. She must pay $260 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

Travis James Radloff, 35, of Austin was sentenced to six days in jail for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must serve three years of probation and follow several conditions. He received credit for three days served.

Tyler John Schultz, 33, of the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud was sentenced to 19 months in prison for felony failure to appear on a felony charge. He must pay $85 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

Dallas Aaron Ball, 26, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 24 months in prison. He received credit for 18 days served.

Emily Rae Bakke, 28, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana. She must follow several conditions.

Nyakwach Tut Gach, 25, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for 15 days served.

Tiffany Patricia Renee Stevens, 34, of Austin was sentenced to 168 days in jail for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. She must pay $85 in fines. She received credit for 168 days served.

Michael Phathaem, 34, of Porter was sentenced to 56 months in prison for felony first-degree drugs-possess 100 grams or more of methamphetamine. He must pay $85 in fines.

Zachary Matthew Reimers, 35, of Sauk Centre was sentenced to one year of probation for felony first-degree criminal damage to property-value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $3,703 in fines.
