Society News: Duplicate Bridge

Thirteen teams played duplicate bridge on July 30.

First place, Lorraine Quinlivan and Barb Rofshus; second place, Edna Knobbe and Rick Stroup; third place, Barb Engebretson and Orrin Roisen; fourth place, Larry Crowe and Bill Momsen; fifth place, Judy Bungum and Dave Solomonson; sixth place, Loren Cleland and Dave Ring.

Six tables played on July 31.

First place, Gail and Ray Schmidt; second place, Tom Flaherty and Stan Schultz; third place, John Leisen and Rick Stroup; fourth place, Joyce Crowe and Romelle Enderson; fifth place, Bonnie Fritz and Loren Cleland; sixth place, Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen.

Sessions are played at the Mower County Senior Center. Players come from Northwood and Mason City, Iowa, Adams, Austin, Albert Lea and Rose Creek.  Food is served at the senior center, you need not be a member of the center to come and play.  We are always looking to encourage other Bridge players to come play.
