—Matthew Ellis Bungum, 35, of Balaton was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Randall Kirk Gardner, 65, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which will be reviewed, for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must serve two years of probation spend 60 days on electronic home monitoring, perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for one day served.

—Raw Lay Htoo, 29, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 179 days in jail.

—Mark Richard Rabideau, 43, of Austin was sentenced to 365 days in jail for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 354 days served.

—Tyjuan Lavelle Williams, 31, of Owatonna was sentenced to 49 months in prison for felony second-degree assault-dangerous weapon. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a consecutive sentence of 12 months and one day in prison for felony domestic assault. He received a concurrent sentence of 30 months in prison for felony fifth-degree assault. He must pay $85 in fines.
