—Robert Adam Arbuckle, 37, of Hayfield was sentenced to 15 years of probation for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,120 in fines. —Camylle Christine Bultman, 25, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor theft. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,463 in fines.

—Darrin Darrell Downer Jr., 22, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony receiving stolen property. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. —Jesse Darell Downer, 29, of Austin was sentenced to 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must pay $135 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana.

—Woodruff Nathaniel Easley III, 51, of Austin was sentenced to 180 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. He received credit for 165 days served. —Cesar Max Chavez Martinez, 55, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $620 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Stanley Edgar Miller, 66, of Albert Lea was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Gary Wayne Morgan, 59, of Albert Lea was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 90 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.
