He must perform community service for 90 days, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 364 days in jail. He received credit for 129 days served.
Cody Edward Boley, 22, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor counterfeiting of currency-uttering or possessing. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 59 days served.
Jordan Gregory Demmer, 29, of Hayfield was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $500 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
Allen Thomas Gartner, 33, of Austin was sentenced to 24 months in prison for felony prohibited violent felon in possession of a stun gun. He must pay $85 in fines.
