Michelle Dawn Downer, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony receiving stolen property. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received credit for three day served. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 drug-not a small amount of marijuana. She must follow several conditions. She received credit for three days served.

James Paul Hutchinson, 37, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 25 months in prison. He received credit for 187 days served.

Cesar Ruben Rios, 34, of Austin was sentenced to 21 months in prison for felony domestic assault. He must pay $85 in fines.

Jeremie James Myers, 32, of Spring Valley was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 drug-not a small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for 45 days served.

Debra Kay Dorr, 57, of Austin was sentenced to two years and six months of probation for felony attempted theft by swindle. She must follow several conditions.

Nathaniel Gerome Davenport, 51, of Austin was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must pay $85 in fines.

Devon Donial Dorsey, 22, of Rochester was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony first-degree burglary-occupied dwelling. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,135 in fines. He received credit for 62 days served.

Amanda Ray Gilles, 33, of Mankato was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs-sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin. She must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison.

Lance Laverne Peterson, 40, of Stewartville was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for three days served.

Samantha Robyn Allen-Hinchley, 25, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. She received credit for 50 days served. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. She received credit for 47 days served.
