Austin Jaycees looking to increase membership roster
The local Jaycees chapter is looking to continue their 83 year history with new members and new ideas.
The Austin Jaycees, the oldest continuously operating chapter in the state of Minnesota, is in search of young people to help continue the chapter’s service in the City of Austin.
Started in 1933, The Austin Jaycees has continuously provided various services to the residents of Austin including food drives, raising money for charity or supporting other projects, and “Take A Kid Fishing.”
Anyone, ages 18 to 40 and regardless of background, can join. The organization provides the tools needed to run successful projects, networking opportunities with other members in other chapters, and the opportunities to create new friendships.
