We will be off to visit Inge Schmenke at her villa in Iowa on Wednesday, June 6.

An Austrian native, she now makes her home near Shellsburg, Iowa. We are looking forward to listening to her story and the Austrian meal, she is preparing for us.

We will be departing at 8 a.m. and returning at about 6 p.m. Boarding will be in the south end of Walmart.

On Wednesday, June 19, we are taking you shopping to the Eagan Outlet Center.

This trip is being offered at the price of $25 for members of the Mower County Senior Center and $30 for non members. We have a passenger limit to make this trip a reality. Fee is due by June 11. This trip was requested by many of you, so tell your friends and neighbors.

For those traveling to Norway with us in July, you are invited to a document and departure party at 4:30 p.m. on June 20, at the senior center. Please RSVP. This tour is sold out.

Put on your cowboy hat and join in the fun, as we head to the Ives Theatre on June 30, for “From Patsy Cline to Hank Williams: Classic Hits from Lush Country.” A country dinner prior will include barbecue ribs, barbecue chicken, beer cheese Macaroni and southern style green beans. The last day to pay is June 11. Early payment is encouraged. Those wearing a cowboy hat will receive a special prize. Lets join in the fun.
