Mike Stoll is a great reporter. Just when I was thinking I needed to know more about D-Day, there were his columns. I was a child at the time and I knew something serious was happening. My uncles going off to war: several went, one never came back.

Then, the Walmart column topped it off. Been there, seen that.

Eric Johnson is good too. Biking on gravel roads sure made me reminisce. We were allowed to roam down the country roads without fear of anything. And by the way, I like storms too. And of course there is Peggy Keener. Her columns are always good.

We are lucky to have such a good paper.
