– Carlos Davila, 49, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 59 days served.

– Diana Marie Nguyen, 20, of Hayfield was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received credit for three days served.

– Darren Dwayne Sandberg-Karnes, 33, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor violate no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 38 days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

– Aimee Linn Ellis, 39, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions.

– Pablo Diaz-Himley, 64, of Inver Grove Heights was sentenced to two years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana. He must follow a few conditions.

– Noah Lyn Juenger, 34, of Lyle was sentenced to seven years of probation for felony first-degree DWI-any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must serve 210 days of electronic home monitoring, to be staggered in 30-day periods over seven years, perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $160 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison. He received credit for 99 days served.

– Hanna Leigh Newkirk, 22, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
