—Edwin Alfredo Altamarino, 26, of Rochester was sentenced to 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 29 months in prison for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order-within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must pay $85 in fines. He received another concurrent sentence of 21 months in prison for felony domestic assault. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Mark Alan Badgley, 59, of Waldorf was sentenced to five years of probation for felony domestic assault. He must perform 100 hours of community service, spend 180 days on home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Kenneth Lee Brache, 27, of Austin was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—Elizabeth Anne Gerstner, 21, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. She must follow several conditions and pay $410 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Megan Marie Groh, 29, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must spend 30 days on home monitoring, which may be waived if she provides proof of an ignition interlock, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Christopher Michael Loving, 48, of Rochester was sentenced to 46 months in prison for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Elizabeth Ann Marcoot, 51, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions.

—Jammey Marie Schick, 44, of Millville was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,150.63 in fines. She received another concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent. She must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $653.03 in fines.
