Bruins Forward Andy Willis recently announced his commitment to  St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Willis, 21, played for two NAHL teams in his junior career starting with the Lone Star Brahmas where he played in 12 games, before becoming a Bruin early in the 2017-18 season. During his time in Austin, Willis racked up 70 points in 110 games played. The Ballwin, Missori native tallied 73 total points during his entire tenure in the NAHL.

“I really enjoyed having Andy for the last two seasons,” said head coach Steve Howard. “He provided a lot of offense during his time here and he’ll be missed both on and off the ice. We’re happy he is playing college hockey close by and we look forward to seeing him soon.”
