Power generator stolen from Hwy. 251 residence

Mower County deputies are looking for information leading to the recovery of a stolen power generator.
According to Mower County Chief Deputy Mark May, deputies were called at about 1 p.m. on Tuesday to a residence in the 507000 block of Highway 251, on the line of Lansing and Udolpho Townships. The owner reported that a Champion power generator with model number 100109, valued at $550, had been stolen from a shop section of the residence.
Deputies noticed pry marks on the shop door, indicating forced entry. A cable that secured the generator had been cut.
