—Kathlene Michele Cain, 51, of Dodge Center was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines. She received credit for six days served.

—Joshua William Clark, 43, of Mankato was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,389.17 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 136 days served.

—Philip Lee Gardner, 37, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for three days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—Ezra Robert Hardy, 24, of Brownsdale, was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 23 days served.

—Robert Leroy Marshall, 44, of Adams was sentenced to three years of probation for felony domestic assault by strangulation. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,085 in fines.

—Antonio Lamonte Smith, 45, of Albert Lea was sentenced to five years of probation for felony violate harassment restraining order. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison. He received credit for 123 days served.

—Sergio Rodriguez Vargas, 35, of Owatonna was sentenced to 29 months in prison for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must pay $85 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.

—David Benjamin Vasey, 21, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct-force or coercion. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 36 months in prison. He received credit for 177 days served.

—Jerome Anthony Watkins, 28, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 365 days in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree criminal damage to property. He must pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 365 days served.
