Court documents state police met with a confidential reliable informant (CRI) on March 12, 2018, and arranged to purchase cocaine from Noah Dean Skattebo. The CRI was searched, given buy money and a recording device, and monitored as he went to a residence in the 900 block of 11th Avenue Southwest in Austin, where he spoke with Danyel. The CRI left the residence and met with police, surrendering 13.7 grams of cocaine. The CRI said Danyel sold him the drugs because Noah was asleep.

A review of Danyel Skattebo’s criminal record shows a prior conviction for theft.

In addition to probation, she must follow 19 conditions and perform 80 hours of community service.
