Wings beat Bruins with late goal in playoff opener

The Austin Bruins put up a good fight in the game one of the NAHL Central Division semifinals, but they came up a little short as they lost to the Aberdeen Wings 2-1 on the road Friday.
Austin tied the game at 1-1 when Reginald Millette scored in the second period, but Brad Belisle scored to put the Wings up 2-1 with 9:38 left in the game.
Kyle McClellan stopped 24 shots for Austin.
Game two of the best-of-five game series will be played in Aberdeen at 7:15 p.m. Saturday.
