Leslie loved to fish. She had many enjoyable memories on the water searching for that big catch with her husband, brothers and many other friends and family. She always seemed to be the one who caught the most fish, and she didn’t mind letting her fishing mates know about it. Along with fishing, Leslie enjoyed crocheting and playing board games. She also spent time working at Pronto and cooking at the Sunrise Guest Home.

She will be remembered for having the biggest heart, always worrying about others before herself, and being there to lend a helping hand.

Leslie is survived by her husband, Randy Westendorf of Fredericksburg: step-father, Gene Tindal of Brownsdale, Minnesota; three brothers, Vergil Wibben Jr. of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, Randy (Sue) Tindal of Brownsdale and Marty (Susan) Wibben of Becida, Minnesota; brother-in-law, Craig (Sherry) Westendorf of Fredericksburg; sister-in-law, Gayle Mashek of Fredericksburg; stepdaughter, Christe Yennie of Rochester, Minnesota; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Michelle Westendorf and Tina Richardson; and niece Chystelina Garnett.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at the United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg with the Rev. Mike Christie presiding. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fredericksburg with Craig Westendorf, Randy Westendorf, Vergil Wibben Jr., Marty Wibben, Jeremy Westendorf and Gene Tindal serving as pallbearers. Friends may greet the family from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019, at the United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg.
