The Hayfield softball team picked up a walk-off win when it beat United South Central (1-2 overall) 4-3 in Hayfield Monday.

Courtney Ellis singled in the game-winning run for the Vikings (2-0 overall) in the bottom of the seventh inning and Jenna Jacobsen added a first inning home run.
