Jacob Thomas Jarvis, 21, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt 911 call. He must follow several conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.

Wayne David Benson, 50, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions. He received credit for two days served. He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 or more. He must spend 28 days on home monitoring and pay $1,010 in fines.

Amber Marie Esquivel, 43, of Lyle was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served as a work release, for felony first-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test of blood or urine as required by search warrant. She must serve a 150-day staggered jail sentence, which can be deferred, serve seven years of probation, spend 210 days on home monitoring, staggered in 30-day time periods over seven years, perform 300 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 36 months in prison.

Tomas Jimon Juarez, 28, of Hollandale was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Sekouba Kenneh, 20, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree damage to property-reduce value $501-$1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 59 days served.

Michael Donovan Krauss, 48, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison. He received credit for two days served.

Adam Philaphon, 27, of Bloomington was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines. He received credit for 123 days served.

Justin Thomas Rios, 29, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. He received credit for 107 days served. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony violate domestic assault no contact order. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 101 days served. He received another concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison. He received credit for 89 days served.

Curtis Allen Root, 31, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for 46 days served.

Cristian Andres Wilborn, 20, of Austin was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs-sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $3,085 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 58 months in prison.
