—Brandon Wayne Buss, 30, of Chatfield was sentenced to 30 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve five years of probation, perform 75 hours of community service and follow several conditions.

—Cher Rene Cooper, 45, of LeRoy was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test of blood or urine as required by search warrant. She must spend 26 days on home monitoring, perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for four days served.

—Eric Benjamin Feuchtenberger, 41, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must perform 25 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $365 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

—Serena Kay Gardner, 33, of Rose Creek was sentenced to one year of probation for felony financial transaction card fraud-use without consent. She must follow a few conditions and pay $1,042.14 in fines.

—Devlin Robert Frenz Graves, 24, of Elkton was sentenced to five years of probation for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must follow several conditions and pay $485 in fines.

—Chol William Samuel, 21, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $110 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 21 days served.

—Shenenisha N Tate, 38, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a peace officer. She must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
