Lori Allison Moore, 28, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. Ryan Jiles Baldus, 28, of Austin was sentenced to 15 years of probation for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $50 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 60 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison.

Logan Carlyle Cox, 22, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 50 hours of community service and follow several conditions. He received credit for 77 days served. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony fifth-degree possession of schedule 1,2,3,4 drug-not a small amount of marijuana. He must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. He received credit for 75 days served.

Evan Jon Hill, 24, of Austin received concurrent sentences of 78 months and 60 months in prison for felony dissemination of child pornography by a registered predatory offender. He must pay $85 in fines. He also received concurrent sentences of 75 months and 72 months in prison for felony possession of child pornography by a registered predatory offender.
