Izetta Rose Cooley, 40, of Moorhead was sentenced to two years of probation for felony deprive of custody right-violation of court order-take minor. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. She received credit for 11 days served.

Dean Eli Hatfield, 33, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 21 months in prison.

Troy Lamont Moody, 53, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony stalking-two or more priors. He must follow several conditions and pay $485 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison.

Juan Jose Vazquez, 24, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation for felony third-degree drugs-sale of narcotics. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 17 days served.

Thomas Charles Phanuel, 22, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions and pay $410 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 20 days served.

Matthew Acevedo Moreno, 32, of Austin was sentenced to 15 years of probation for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 60 months in prison. He received credit for three days served.

Stephen Aaron Craig Brandt, 36, of Blooming Prairie was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must spend 28 days on home monitoring, follow a few conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for two days served.

Amber Anne Sorenson, 32, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. Kelvin Tyrone Cotton, 43, of St. Cloud was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 134 days served.
