FIRST TEAM
Medi Obang, guard, Austin
The senior averaged 19.6 points, two rebounds, 1.7 assists and 3.1 steals per game. Obang finished with 1,001 career points in just two seasons of varsity basketball for the Packers, who finished third in the Minnesota Class AAA State Tournament.
Agway Nywesh, guard, Austin
The junior was a play-maker and a leader for the Packers as he averaged 16 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 3.1 steals per game.
Trey Hungerholt, guard, LeRoy-Ostrander
The senior averaged 21 points, 7.1 rebounds, 6 assists and 2.7 steals for the Cardinals. Hungerholt finishes his career as LO’s all-time leading scorer with 1,772 career points. Hungerholt has committed to play college basketball at Viterbo University next season.
Mason Tapp, forward, Hayfield
The Hayfield senior was an explosive scorer for the Vikings, who made vast improvements as they won 19 more games this season than they did in the 2017-2018 season. Tapp averaged 20.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.8 blocks per game, while shooting 49 percent from the field and 70 percent on free throws. He finishes with 1,102 career points.
Colt Landers, forward, Grand Meadow
The sophomore averaged 19.5 points, seven rebounds and two assists per game, while shooting 41 percent on three-pointers.
SECOND TEAM
Ngor Deng, guard, Austin
Thee senior was a standout on defense and he also averaged 9 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
Dongrin Deng, guard, Austin
The defensive-minded senior averaged 6.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.4 steals per game for the Packers.
Kaden Thomas, guard, Blooming Prairie
The junior averaged 13.7 points, 3.1 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game while shooting 49 percent from the field, 38 percent on three-pointers.
Austin Funk, guard, Grand Meadow
The senior averaged 17.2 points, five rebounds and two assists per game, while shooting 39 percent on three-pointers.
Gabe Hagen, forward, Blooming Prairie
The junior averaged 13.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists while shooting 52 percent from the field.
HONORABLE MENTION
Gavin Owens, forward, Austin
Despite playing against bigger players all season, the senior gave the Packers a boost by averaging 5.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1 steal per game.
Teyghan Hovland, forward, Austin
The sophomore played key roles on defense and setting screens for the Packers, while averaging 4.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.2 assists and .8 steals per game.
Ethan Forthun, forward, Southland
The sophomore averaged 13 points and 5.4 rebounds per game.
Matt Mueller, guard, Southland
The junior averaged 10 points per game this season as he knocked down 60 total three-pointers.
Karson Vigeland, forward, Blooming Prairie
The junior averaged 8.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.
Jed Nelson, forward, Lyle-Pacelli
The sophomore averaged 14 points, seven rebounds and two assists while shooting 50 percent from the field
Zach Bollingberg, guard, Lyle-Pacelli
The sophomore averaged 11 points, five rebounds and three assists per game.
Cole Walter, guard, Lyle-Pacelli
The sophomore averaged eight points and six assists per game.
Luke Dudycha, center, Hayfield
The junior averaged 11.7 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.
Patrick Towey, guard, Hayfield
The junior averaged 9.2, 4.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game.
Ethan Slaathaug, guard, Hayfield
The sophomore averaged 11.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game.
Riley Olson, forward, LeRoy-Ostrander
The junior averaged 18.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game.
Ethan Lane, guard, Grand Meadow
The junior controlled the tempo for the Superarks as he averaged four assists per game and just one turnover. Lane also averaged six points, six rebounds and one steal per contest.
