Timothy P. Clennon Sr., loving husband, father and grandfather passed away at the young age of 57 on Sunday, March 24, 2019, from complications from a stroke at Elderwood with family at his side.

Tim was born July 28, 1961, in Austin Minnesota. He attended college at the Minnesota School of Business, majoring in accounting. It was there he met Marcia. He landed a job at the Star Tribune newspaper at age 18, where he spent the next 30 years making computers his career.

Tim married Marcia on Oct. 18, 1980. They had six children, as well as multiple “acquired kids.”

Tim was known for his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help and teach. He always had a smile. He loved M&Ms, football and music.

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Art; mother, Delores; brother, Will; sister-in-law, Arlis; baby, Ashley (Alex’s twin); and cousin, Gina. He is survived by his wife, Marcia; children, Timothy Paul Jr. (Jessie), Sandy (Andrew WIlkening), Julie (Lisa Nelson), Alex (Micaila), Michelle (Nate), Alex Li, Dani, Ignasio and Ashley; brothers, Art (Sue), Bruce(Gwen), Steve(Diane), Mark (Bev), Jim (Mary), Dan (Mary), Mike (Sarah) and Jerry (Julie); sisters, Kathy (Bud McPartin) and Lisa (Dean Johnson); 11-plus grandchildren; and the many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Hinckley, Minnesota, with Fr. Joseph Sirba officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Methven Funeral Home in Sandstone, Minnesota, and for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. There will be a time of sharing beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery at a later date.
