Rain is currently moving into the area and that, combine with melting snow, is already starting to complicate driving a bit in Austin.

The 180A swing-arm exit (Oakland Place) off Interstate 90, was closed this morning due to water over the ramp as Minnesota Department of Transportation crews were on scene trying clear it. In Austin some intersections are starting to gather water.
