Michael Thomas Barren, 22, of Austin was sentenced to 13 months in prison for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must pay $85 in fines.

Ruben Montoya Carbajal, 40, of Austin was sentenced to 172 months in prison for felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration of child under 16-significant relationship-multiple acts. He must pay $85 in fines.

Joshua Ryan Dausey, 29, of Albert Lea was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $485 in fines. He received credit for two days served.

Troy Alan Meyer, 52, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of schedule 1/II drugs-not marijuana. He must follow one condition. Megan Nicole Huston, 30, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. She must follow several conditions. Marty Lynn Morrison, 40, of Faribault was sentenced to two concurrent sentences of 60 months in prison for two counts of felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must pay $85 in fines.

Tate Andrew Torgrimson, 25, of Rochester was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

Jonathan Richard Tracy, 34, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony financial transaction card fraud-forged/fictitious/false name. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,346.98 in fines. He received credit for 192 days served.
