Carter R. Christianson, 89, of Austin, Minnesota, died Friday, March 8, 2019, at his home.

Carter was born May 15, 1929, in Austin to Carter and Ruby (LeRud) Christianson.  He was a farmer and enjoyed going to coffee with his buddies.

Survivors include four children, Toni Conrad, San Francisco, California, Mary Jo Miller, Austin, Richard (Janice) Christianson, Spring Valley, Minnesota, and Randy Christianson (Aldine Slettum), Hampton, Minnesota; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
