Ut Nguyen, 68, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus-Rochester.

Ut was born on June 12, 1950, near Nha Trang, Vietnam, to Thu Nguyen and Lu Thi Tron. In 1975, she came to the United States and lived in Minnesota for over 40 years. She recently retired from Hormel after 10 years of service.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt.

Ut is survived by her husband, Dung Van; children, Linh (Derrick) Cravens, Long Van and Lieu (Dave) Van Lee; grandchildren, Jayden Van, Dean Cravens and Vivienne Cravens; and other close relatives and friends.

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin. Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.
