Police arrested another occupant, Alys Lind Carlson, 32, of Austin, who was in possession of the revolver, for not having a firearm carry permit, according to McKichan. Police ran the revolver’s serial number, which came back as having been stolen out of Laredo, Texas.
Carlson was charged with gross misdemeanor carrying a pistol without a permit on Monday in Mower County District Court.
