The Austin boys basketball team beat Rochester Mayo (14-7 overall, 13-4 Big Nine) 72-65 on the road Monday.

Agwa Nywesh paced the Packers (16-4 overall, 15-2 Big Nine) with 17 points, six rebounds and five assists and Medi Obang added 16 points.

Austin had lost to Mayo 93-88 on Dec. 11.
