—Mark Allen Carpenter, 45, of Albert Lea was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 80 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. He received credit for 316 days served. He received a concurrent sentence of three years of probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received credit for 316 days served.

—Desiree Marie Franken, 40, of Rochester was sentenced to 48 months in prison for felony second-degree manslaughter-culpable negligence creating unreasonable risk. She must pay $4,555,45 in fines.

—Kidanemariam Abraha Kidane, 34, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 12 months and one day in prison. He received credit for 70 days served.

—Simon Ponciano Lera, 41, of Austin was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs-sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison.

—Aaron Wayne Martin, 44, of Grand Meadow was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.

—Dakota James Robertson, 20, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4-not a small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions. He received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-any amount of schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

—Duane Lee Ryks, 55, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor violate a domestic assault no contact order within 10 years of previous conviction. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. The sentence is concurrent to another case.
