Wings edge out Bruins in a shootout

The Austin Bruins dropped a shootout to the Aberdeen Wings (31-5-1-1 overall) by a score of 3-2 on the road Saturday.

Austin went 0-for-3 in the shootout and Joe Strada scored the lone goal for Aberdeen.

Kyle McClellan stopped 40 of the 42 shots he saw for Austin.

The first place Wings now hold a 17-point lead on the second place Bruins (21-13-0-5 overall) in the NAHL Central Division.
