Two individuals with warrants out of four Minnesota counties were arrested after a domestic disturbance call Wednesday night.

According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, police responded to a domestic call at 10:22 p.m. on Wednesday in the 1200 block of Eighth Street Northeast. An officer at the front door observed a male, Roger David Miller Jr., 34, of Cass Lake, arguing with a female, Elizabeth Marie Goss, 28, of Laporte. Miller then ran toward the back of the residence and the officer notified another officer standing at the back of the house that he may be attempting to flee. That officer then observed Miller run into the basement.

When police entered, they ordered Miller to come out of the basement, Krueger said. Miller refused and was arrested after he was found hiding in a closet in the basement. Goss was also arrested.
