Vincent Johnny, 28, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath- or test refusal or failure. He must serve three years of probation, spend 60 days on home monitoring, perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 334 days in jail. He received credit for six days served.

Kelly Jo Janning, 42, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must perform 30 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 19 months in prison.

Jesse David Butlin, 26, of Racine was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Nicole Leatrice Beasley, 33, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a peace officer. She must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

April Marie Murphy, 28, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions and pay $710 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for one day served.

Santiago Quetzecua Waldo, 25, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $710 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

Bobby Paul Khaoone, 30, of Austin was sentenced to 25 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs-possession of 25 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 68 months in prison.

Troy Arthur Leeper, 45, of Faribault was sentenced to 57 months in prison for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance.

Brandon Lee Moseng, 24, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 drug-not a small amount of marijuana. He must perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. He received credit for 95 days served.
