The Blooming Prairie boys basketball team edged out Grand Meadow 56-55 in BP Thursday.

BP (12-3 overall) made two big defensive stops in the final minute to hang out to the win.

“The defense from the boys all night long particularly Karson Vigeland, Trent Swenson, Zach Archer, and Isaac Ille were huge,” BP head coach Nate Piller said.

Austin Funk had 21 points to lead GM (14-4 overall).
