The Hayfield girls basketball team had trouble on offense as it lost to Menahga 52-23 in the Breakdown Classic in Hopkins Saturday.

The Vikings (1-2 overall) shot just 10 percent from the field in the first half as they trailed 37-9 at the break.

Hayfield topped Maple River 51-33 as Abby Stasko scored 19 points on Friday night.
