OFFENSE

Seth Peterson, QB, Blooming Prairie

The senior had his season cut short to just eight games after suffering a knee injury, but he made his time count. Peterson completed 69 percent of his passes for 1,899 yards, 32 touchdowns and just two interceptions. Peterson ran for 183 yards (4.9 per carry) and three TDs.

Matthew Pryor, RB, Blooming Prairie

The junior ran for 972 yards (5.8 per carry) and 12 TDs and he caught 16 passes for 169 yards and four touchdowns.

Nolan Skifter, RB, Grand Meadow

The junior ran for 998 yards (5.1 per carry) and 12 TDs and he caught 7 passes for 47 yards and a TD.

Gabe Hagen, WR, Blooming Prairie

The big-play senior finished with 48 catches for 1,059 yards and 18 TDs.

Tim Wolf, WR, Blooming Prairie

The senior caught 44 passes for 757 yards and eight touchdowns.

Austin’s Gavin Owens

Gavin Owens, WR, Austin

The senior hauled in 21 passes for 443 yards and seven TDs.

Tristan Rieken, OL, Hayfield

The senior made all of Hayfield’s adjustments at the line and he also went the entire season without committing an offensive penalty.

Wyatt Weiss, OL, Grand Meadow

The junior helped anchor GM’s attack up front.

Travis Russell, OL, Southland

The senior was a physical force for a Rebels team that liked to run.

Trenton Swenson, OL, Blooming Prairie

The senior was a big time leader for the Awesome Blossoms, who proved they could run and pass on their run to state.

Thomas Kroymann, OL, Austin

The senior was a leader on and off the field for the Packers.


DEFENSE

Thomas Kroymann, DL, Austin

The senior finished with 32 total tackles and 5 tackles for a loss.

Gabe Hagen, DL, Blooming Prairie

The junior had 30 total tackles, 11 sacks, 1 interception and a TD. Hagen also broke up 13 passes.

Trent Swenson, DL, Blooming Prairie

The senior had 27 total tackles and eight sacks.

Sam Johnson, DL, Austin

The senior finished with 31 total tackles and 7 tackles for a loss.

Andy Chesak, LB, Austin

The junior racked up 58 total tackles, including 4 tackles for loss.

Tristan Rieken, LB, Hayfield

The senior racked up 106 total tackles and he also forced 2 fumbles.

Carter Schmitz, LB, Southland

The junior had 80 total tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss and three interceptions.

The junior had 18 total tackles to go along with 6 interceptions and 17 passes defensed. Vigeland scored one defensive touchdown on the season.

Hunter Guyette, CB, Austin

The senior was Austin’s top-cover player and he finished the year with 19 total tackles. Guyette also averaged 38.3 yards per kick return and one went for a TD.

HONORABLE MENTION

Nate Murphy, Q, Austin

The senior completed 41 percent of his passes for 846 yards with 10 Tis and 13 interceptions. Murphy ran for 706 yards (5.0 per carry) and five TDs.

Connor Byram,WR/DE, Austin

The senior caught 22 passes for 348 yards and three touchdowns on offense and he had 24 tackles and 5 tackles for a loss.

Joe Seeman, LB, Austin

The senior battled injuries throughout the season as he finished with 43 total tackles and 3 tackles for a loss.

Jarett Larson, DE, Blooming Prairie

The junior had 41 tackles and 7.5 sacks.

Kaden Thomas, QB, Blooming Prairie

The junior stepped in after Seth Peterson went down and he led BP to the state semifinals.

Thomas completed 74 percent of his passes for 1,222 yards, 15 touchdowns and three interceptions. Thomas ran for 67 yards (2.5 per carry) and 2 TDs.

Carter Kyllo, U, Hayfield

The junior played linebacker, running back and punter for the Vikings. On defense, he racked up 68 total tackles, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery. As a punter, he averaged 38 yards per punt and he put three punts inside the 10-yard line and 13 punts inside the 20-yard line.

Trey Hungerholt, QB, LeRoy-Ostrander

The senior ran for 1,040 yards (8.6 per carry) and 10 TDs, while throwing for 1,544 yards and 11 TDs. Hungerholt completed 67 percent of his pass attempts.

Riley Olson, WR, LeRoy-Ostrander

The junior caught 52 passes for 709 yards and 7 TDs.

The senior had 61 tackles, a sack and an interception.

The junior had 18 total tackles and he was the Rebels’ top cover player.
