Bradley Michael Earl, 23, of Austin was charged on Tuesday in Mower County District Court with felony third-degree drugs-sale of a narcotic.

According to the court complaint, narcotics officers met with a confidential informant (CI) on Sept. 15, 2017, about purchasing methamphetamine from Earl. The CI and his vehicle were searched and he was provided with buy money and an audio transmitter. Police then monitored the CI as he met with Earl at his residence in the 300 block of First Street Southeast.

The complaint states the CI went into the residence, purchased methamphetamine, then met police at a predetermined location and surrendered 3.551 grams of methamphetamine. The CI confirmed Earl sold him the drugs.
