Pablo C. Nieto, 64, of Austin, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus-Rochester.

He was born May 11, 1954, to Felipe and Cruz Petra Nieto and raised in Acuna, Mexico, before his family moved to Eagle Pass, Texas. On April 3, 1980, Pablo married Amelia Narvez. The couple moved to Austin, Minnesota, in 1982. For most of his life, Pablo worked at Quality Pork and Seneca. He enjoyed working on cars and especially treasured the time spent with his family.

Pablo is survived by his wife, Amelia Nieto of Austin; his sons, Esdras Nieto and Paul Nieto, both of Austin; three brothers; three sisters; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to recipient of donor’s choice. Worlein Funeral Home of Austin is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.
