APD to host K-9 fundraiser

The Austin Police Department will host a fundraiser for its K-9 program from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, at Bandshell Community Park.
The event will feature free hot dogs, chips and beverages. Demonstrations will be held at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Freewill donations will be accepted and are greatly appreciated.
The fundraiser is sponsored by Willow Pet Hospital, Hormel Foods, Double K Specialty, Hy-Vee and All Fur Dogs.
