Man charged with Walmart theft

Aron James Huehn, 20, of Austin was charged on Tuesday with felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent.

According to the court complaint, an officer met with a Walmart asset protection employee on Feb. 3 regarding an employee theft. She advised that Huehn had stolen items in August 2017 and had stolen approximately $1,838 worth of items since November 2017.

The complaint states Huehn admitted to stealing numerous items and that surveillance footage showed him committing the thefts.
