A pair of area golfers earned trips to the Minnesota Class A State Golf meet at the Section 1A meet in Rochester Tuesday.

BP senior Jake Ressler took third place as he shot a 162 to get to state and Hayfield eighth grader Keegan Bronson took sixth place to get to state as he shot a 167.

BP eighth grader Colin Jordison took eighth and missed state by one stroke as he shot a 171.

The Class A state meet will be held in Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker in June 12 and June 13.
