The 2018 Survivor Reception was held on Thursday, May 10th at Austin’s First United Methodist Church.
The reception was a time to honor and recognize our area cancer survivors and caregivers.
Our 2018 honorary chair, Mike Jordan, shared his cancer journey and gave information on his cancer support group.
The reception was made possible by a grant from the Austin Area Foundation, and donations by the VFW, Hormel, Blooming Prairie Bakery and Hy-Vee.
