Joseph Properties LLC and The Joseph Company, Inc., have announced the construction of a new, 21,000-square foot warehouse addition onto the existing Bunzl building in the Austin Industrial Park.

Completion is scheduled for Aug. 15.

The new industrial warehouse will be 175 feet by 120 feet with ceiling height clearance of over 28 feet, according to Joseph Company President Carter Wagner.

There will be five loading docks for material handling and the new building, along with the existing 12,000-square foot building, will have a new fire protection system.

The latest addition will increase the supply of commercial lease space offered by Joseph Properties LLC to a total of 75,000 square feet, serving several companies with needed space for warehousing and light commercial operations.

“This new addition in Austin’s Industrial Park represents an investment of almost $1 million to the Austin business community and will be built entirely by local subcontractors,” said Wagner. “The project is in response to a growing need for warehouse storage and to accommodate the growth of new and existing businesses in town.”
