Joshua James Allen, 31, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $935 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Siefken for felony violating a no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must serve two years and six months of probation, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 18 months in prison. He received credit for 16 days served.

Joleen Carol Muhlbauer, 51, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $50 in fines.

Ramon Lee Plagman, 51, of Preston was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. He received credit for 30 days served.

Joshua John Corbin, 34, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession-subsequent offense. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 364 days in jail. He received credit for 69 days served.

Eugene Charles Corcoran, 86, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Ronnie David Nightingale, 37, of LeRoy was sentenced to two years of probation  by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions and pay $810 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 71 days served.

Owen Francis Grengs, 48, of Brownsdale was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Dean Allen Thordor, 43, of Hayward was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony violating a domestic abuse no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 30 months in prison.

Anthony Joseph Shea, 19, of Cresco, Iowa, was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony third-degree burglary. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.
