Mitchell Alan Cloud, 46, of Spring Valley was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Javier Geronimo Molina, 26, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor traffic regulation-uninsured vehicle owner violation. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

Cully Thomas Shierts, 21, of Albert Lea was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation from Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison. He received another concurrent sentence of two years of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor user of a controlled substance in possession of firearm ammunition. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.

Jesus Alejandro Ybarra, 24, of Redwood Falls was sentenced to 90 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony first-degree possession of 50 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine. He must pay $85 in fines.

Paul Madut Madut, 43, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 364 days in jail. He received credit for 181 days served.

Benito Silva Martinez, 32, of Austin was sentenced to 20 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony third-degree possession of 10 grams or more of methamphetamine. He must follow several conditions.

Scott Kevin Rowe, 60, of LeRoy was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony theft-taking/using/transferring movable property without consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,185 in fines. He received credit for 70 days served.

Zachary Donald Smith, 35, of Austin was sentenced to 48 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must pay $85 in fines.
