The Izaak Walton League will hold its annual Windsor Chop fundraiser starting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday night at the Izaak Walton Cabin at Todd Park.

The menu will consist of a Windsor chop, baked potato, coleslaw, bun and fresh vegetables. Tickets are $12 and are available at the door.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will be used to provide scholarships to area youth to attend summer camps at Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center near Lanesboro.
